SHIPPING PROTOCOLS

How do you ship the prints? All prints are shipped in rigid, reinforced mailers to ensure they arrive flat and undamaged. We use tracked shipping for all orders to provide full visibility from the studio to your door.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to Canada, the USA, and International destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

When will my order arrive? Orders are processed and dispatched from the studio within 3-5 business days.

Canada: 5-7 business days.

USA: 7-10 business days.

International: 14+ business days depending on location.

PURCHASE PROTOCOLS

Do you accept returns? Due to the delicate nature of archival art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my print arrives damaged? In the rare event of damage during transit, please photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us via the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.

Are these originals or prints? The "Phase II" collection consists of limited edition archival ink prints. Each piece is a high-fidelity reproduction of the original ink study, printed on gallery-quality matte paper.
